You can delete your FuelXpress account, and your company's data, at any time. The fastest way is inside the app.
Delete it yourself in the app
- Sign in to the Android app or the web app at https://app.fuelxpress.pk.
- Open Account security and find Your data.
- Choose Delete my account and enter your password. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page first.
- If you are the only administrator of your company, tick Also delete my company. Otherwise add another administrator first, so the company is not left without one.
Want a copy of your data first? In the same place, choose Download company data to get a ZIP of CSV files (company administrators only).
What happens
- Your name and email are removed from the system and you are signed out on every device straight away. The email address can be used to register again.
- If you deleted the company, it and its pumps, sales, closures, customers and team accounts are hidden at once and permanently erased within 30 days. Team members who work for another company keep their accounts.
- We may keep a limited record of invoices and payments for as long as tax, accounting or fraud-prevention rules require.
- Our activity log keeps only an internal id, which no longer points to a name or email.
- Backups are overwritten on our normal schedule, after which the data is gone.
Deletion cannot be undone.
Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it
- Send an email to support@fuelxpress.pk with the subject "Delete my FuelXpress account".
- Write from the email address registered on the account and include your company name.
- We may reply to confirm it is really you. Only the company owner can request deletion of the whole company. We act within 30 days of confirming your request.
