These terms are an agreement between you and VTOXI ("we", "us") for your use of FuelXpress (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you add to it. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
Free trial and subscriptions
New companies receive a free trial. Its length and the available plans, limits and prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app and may change for future customers. After the trial, some features, such as closures, finance and reports, require an active paid plan. Setup and configuration remain available. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. See our refund policy.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You allow us to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data, including your customers' information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, attempts to break or overload it, access to other companies' data, or reselling without our agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give notice of material changes.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, inside the app. Before you leave, company administrators can download their data from Account security > Your data; once a company is deleted we cannot restore it. We may suspend or end access for non-payment after notice or for serious breach of these terms.
Liability
The Service supports your record keeping and does not replace your own checks, accounting or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We will update the date above and notify you of material changes.
